OUR PRODUCTS

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-7 working days in USA, International destinations depends on address and country mostly 7 to 15 working days required.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at help@primegoldshilajit.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 60 days of their delivery.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
